Definitive Instant: in love with photography.

“I believe that, through the act of living, the discovery of oneself is made concurrently with the discovery of the world around us, which can mold us, but which can also be affected by us. A balance must be established between these two worlds—the one inside us and the one outside us”, Henri Cartier-Bresson.

For many years shooting pictures has been one of my main hobbies and now I’m working in a self-published book titled “Definitive Instant”.

The name of this work will be a clear tribute to Henri Cartier-Bresson,, and will serve to put together a selection of the best photos that I have taken this last 20 years.

Althrough it may seem unrelated to my current PhD research, art made by Artificial Intelligence is really similar to photography, a field invented in the early 19th century that wasn’t considered art because the popular belief was that a machine was doing much of the work.

Here I share with you some of those frozen moments…
